Job description

QUALIFICATION (EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE/CERTIFICATIONS)

. Any Bachelor's or master's degree

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

. Requirement understanding, estimation & creating business requirement documents

Basic qualification:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4 to 8 years of business analyst or product specialist experience in us healthcare

payer industry.

• Should have in-depth knowledge on claims platform capabilities and integration

points

• Knowledge on business process flow in various sectors within the industry such

as enrollment, billing, claims, benefits, provider, utilization management

• Prior experience in analyzing healthcare claims data & developing solutions

preferred

• Understanding industry best practices of process design and standard.
• Good interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, organize and analyze data using sql,

mainframe

Roles & responsibilities:

• Prepare and delivery robust data driven solutions for customer challenges.
• Proactively engage with stakeholders on requirements elicitation
• Effectively document design into a high-level process workflow.
• Create analytical product solutions on claims data coming from payers, blue health

plans, etc.

 

• Translate business requirements, develop business cases and recommend solutions.

Be focused and drive best practices through business processes knowledge

• Perform research and analysis to identify business problems and ability

to breakdown complex business issues to come up with solutions through extensive

data and system analysis.
