Good knowledgeon Windows Operating system L1 and L2 trouble shooting,Outlook client
Provide regular technical support for Operating systems,mail support & basic network support/troubleshooting.•Managing &updating Windows patches for Desktops&Laptops
 

Required Candidate profile

Installation& hardware troubleshooting of desktops/ laptops&printers.Troubleshooting LAN / VPN issues for clients.Ensuring low down time for production desktops
Certification or knowledge in ITIL
