We are currently looking for a HR specialist in Content Writing and People Analytics personnel at Freshworks who will responsible for managing the global HR content at our People Space in various Content Management and Employee Portal platforms. Simultaneously, they create the HR analytics dashboards for the stakeholders to facilitate them to take strategic business decisions. They work closely with the HRBPs, regional HR POCs, graphic designers, internal communications team and the leadership team.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain the global HR content management structure on various Content Management and Employee Portal platforms and drive standardization in terms of structure, look and feel.
- Take care of the tickets within the ETA on the CRM tool that has been raised by employees for creating a new HR policy page or modifying the existing one on various Content Management and Employee Portal platforms.
- To coordinate and partner with stakeholders for their requirements in terms of publishing the content on various Content Management and Employee Portal platforms.
- Evaluate the inputs received from stakeholders and suggest to them the best feasible approach to modify or publish their content.
- Fetch the effective metadata from the content and place it in the downstream integrated applications. Facilitate bots to provide the feature of auto-suggested content to the employees to self-address their queries.
- Coordinate with the graphic design team to create and place the customized pictures for the content.
- Migrate or link the HR content available at various platforms in centralized Content Management and Employee Portal platforms to make it a single placeholder for global HR content.
- Put the content in the web text form in the most presentable manner.
- Support the team with developing the people analytics reports regularly.
- Work with various stakeholders to gather the required data for analytics.
- Support the global people analytics head with new projects, automation, and analytics improvement processes.
- Handle other assignments as they come from the reporting manager from time to time.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and various Content Management and Employee Portal platforms software is desired.
- Sound understanding of macros in various Content Management and Employee Portal platforms.
- Ability to write in a way that matches the requirements of the targeted audience.
- Experience in working within an agile or scrum environment.
- Experience in the HR domain is preferable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust command over the English language.
- Creative, innovative, team player.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Analytical mindset and good attention to detail.
- Experience in advanced excel, Power BI, SQL, and other analytical tools
