  • Sourcing candidates for different level of openings.
  • Taking care of interview process and follow-up till the candidates joining.
  • Handling Joining formalities and Induction process.
  • Handling Verification process for new joiners and employee engagement activities.
  • Handling preparation of HR Related correspondences.


Desired Candidate Profile


  • Should have minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment.
  • Ability to source different kind of requirements through various portals such as Naukri and Linked In and other sources.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good in Calling, Pouching, Scheduling of candidates.
  • Solid interviewing skills.
  • Good in negotiation skills.
  • Should be flexible for traveling for Campus drives, Job fair.
  • Meeting the hiring speed metric by on-boarding right talent candidates
  • Preparing of all MIS Reports.
  • Capable of preparing man power budget.
  • Conducting Employee engagement activities.
