Roles and Responsibilities
Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins.
- Screening the profiles by conducting preliminary checks (Communication Skills, Academic Qualifications and Experience).
- Should be proficient with various channels of sourcing Job Portals, Professional networking sites - social media, Employee reference.
- Knowledge in end-to-end recruitment life cycle, understanding manpower requirements, posting jobs, Sourcing, Screenings.
- General activities of HR Department.
