- Responsible for Analytics & Reporting of Learning activities for Reviews
- Responsible for anchoring Engagement Activity for Corporate Functions
Skills required
- Training Facilitation Skills
- Training Content Development using PPT is essential,
- Proficiency in CANVA, Video tools like Vyond, PowToon, e-learning tools like Articulate Storyline is preferable
- Proficiency in MS Excel is essential, Know-how of Power BI is preferable
- Ability to interact and develop positive relationships across the organisation
- Fluent Communication in verbal and Written English
- Proficiency in Event Planning, Co-ordination and Management is essential
Knowledge
- Proficiency in MS- Office
- Proficiency in managing Learning Management Systems
- Knowledge of Training Methodologies and Content Development Model
Desired Candidate Profile
3-5 years experience in
- Developing content and facilitation
- Handling LMS and other Content Management Systems
- Managing training reports and analytics using MS-Excel and
- Using social media for learning is preferable
- Planning and executing Employee Engagement Activities is essential
