Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Partner with Hiring Lead on Talent Acquisition (TA) efforts as per Hiring Plan
  • Candidate Search using online tools like Job Portals (Naukri), Social Media Platforms e.g. Linkedin, Facebook etc
  • Resume Screening as per Job Description and Interview Scheduling
  • TA Documentation and Candidate Credentials Validation
  • TA MIS Reporting
  • Creation of Talent Pool for Critical Positions
  • TA Campus Placement and Service Provider Network Administration
  • TA Vertical Budget Monitoring & Reporting
  • TA HRIS Process Compliance - Creation of Employee Profile, Release of Employment Letters etc.
  • Coordination with Stakeholders (Internal and External)
  • Effective Communication, briefing, training on TA processes, policies to stakeholders.
  • Imparting Induction Programme to New Joinees
