Roles and Responsibilities
Running regular checks on network and data security
Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems
Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization
Conducting regular system audits
Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff
Overseeing and determining time frames for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages
Managing and reporting on allocation of IT budget
Providing direction for IT team members
Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement
Encompass all the hardware system and software system we have and how these work on client sites, including a grasp of the main technical issues that appear. Provide data to Senior Management - Management at regular intervals Must understand the business, our clients needs and systems in place improving and standardising processes and support in line with ITIL, and industry norms. Present a road map with milestones and detailed steps outlining hurdles and how they will be dealt with.
To manage, nurture and motivate a growing team. Own the process, streamline it and deliver tangible value through efficient client interaction. This role has fundamental core areas of responsibility, as well as a larger range of responsibility that needs to be absorbed.

ITIL, Project Management, Service Desk, Linux, Payment Systems, e-commerce. CCNA, MCP, MCSE, technical support desk.
Experience on implementing system upgrades and collaborated with vendors to troubleshoot and manage operating systems.
Experience on Linux firewall security system (SE-Linux) installation - configuration Automated and maintained essential IT infrastructure including network protocols, system metrics, and applications Knowledge of Data migration between information processing equipment and systems.
Performing daily administrative tasks such as troubleshooting automation equipment and unit maintenance on multi-functional process systems, auxiliary devices, and peripheral equipment Exposure on conventional debugging procedures to troubleshoot software Management experience required for operating systems using the Nagios, Zabbix or custom Monitoring tools.
