JOB DETAIL
Manage full cycle recruiting processes ensuring a positive candidate experience through the interview (attract, select, interview, negotiate and extend offer)
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Hands on experience in Sourcing IT profiles through Different Job portals as Naukri, Monster, Linkedin , Dice, Indeed etc
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Collaborating with team members to understand positions and recruiting needs
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Develop an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate
Manage the scheduling of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Stay informed of trends and innovative IT recruiting techniques and best practices in HR
Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email tracking recruiting activities and providing weekly activity reporting.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification in MBA(Human Resources).
Should have good communication and convincing skills.
Should have the ability to deliver results.
Should have sound IT Recruitment Background of 1 to 5 years of experience with excellent communication and writing skills, would be added advantage
Should have good experience in end to end IT recruitment.
Should have extensive knowledge on working with direct clients.
Should be able to use Job portals/ Job boards extensively and efficiently.
Good level of experience to deal with candidates/Vendors professionally and negotiate rates
Ability to interact, develop network and get the best resource for any given requirement.
Screening, short listing, sourcing candidates for the given skill sets through various job sites, referrals.
Building and maintaining database of contacts and resumes and other such info
