JOB DETAIL

  • Manage full cycle recruiting processes ensuring a positive candidate experience through the interview (attract, select, interview, negotiate and extend offer)
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Hands on experience in Sourcing IT profiles through Different Job portals as Naukri, Monster, Linkedin , Dice, Indeed etc
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Collaborating with team members to understand positions and recruiting needs
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Develop an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate
  • Manage the scheduling of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Stay informed of trends and innovative IT recruiting techniques and best practices in HR
  • Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email tracking recruiting activities and providing weekly activity reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Qualification in MBA(Human Resources).
  • Should have good communication and convincing skills.
  • Should have the ability to deliver results.
  • Should have sound IT Recruitment Background of 1 to 5 years of experience with excellent communication and writing skills, would be added advantage
  • Should have good experience in end to end IT recruitment.
  • Should have extensive knowledge on working with direct clients.
  • Should be able to use Job portals/ Job boards extensively and efficiently.
  • Good level of experience to deal with candidates/Vendors professionally and negotiate rates
  • Ability to interact, develop network and get the best resource for any given requirement.
  • Screening, short listing, sourcing candidates for the given skill sets through various job sites, referrals.
  • Building and maintaining database of contacts and resumes and other such info
