  • Design business strategies and plans to meet the goal of penetrating Laurens business into new regions and territories.
  • Engage in new Customer Acquisition and ensure maximum lead conversions.
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships.
  • Build, maintain and forecast a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
  • Manage customer expectations through cross-functional interactions and ensure that the deliverable are completed.
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.


  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Experience in IT selling
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Sales knowledge in Cloud & RPA, Cyber-Security, Infrastructure (Server, Storage, Backup, Security, Service (FMS)
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT sales.
  • Education qualification : Graduate/MBA
