Responsibilities:
- Assist Developers in any Technical challenges
- Review and approve the Design for development
- Involve in identifying Third-party features that can be integrated to Vaeso applications
- Identify implementation related edge cases and proactively suggest solutions to address the findings
- Ensure implementation of best practices in development.
- Detailed estimation of features post FS final approval
- Define Technical checklists at each stage of application development and ensure compliance
- Continuous Transformation - Help Build platform level tested and proven libraries that can reduce the development life cycle time and quality
- Identifying evolving Technical solutions for new business challenges
- Perform Values Review with your Leader (you are 100% responsible for doing so)
- Update Personal Scorecard criteria & evaluate with Leader.
Qualifications &Knowledge:
Must Have:
- UG: B. Tech or B.E. Computers Or BCA Or PG: M. Tech, MCA, MS, M. Science Computers
- 1 - 6 years of Backend Design & Development Experience with an understanding of Project Management processes and best practices
- Design thinking (engineering problem solutioning and ability to implement using tools)
- Hands on work experience with object-oriented programming.
- 1-3-Years of Java, Spring Boot, Maven, MySQL, Elasticsearch, Git.
- Experience in Integration across multiple platforms, Applications.
- Experience of minimum 1-2 yrs. in Object Modelling Class Diagram, UML, Object Diagrams.
- Experience of minimum 1-3 yrs. in RDBMS ERD Modelling.
- Experience in Estimation Techniques FPA (Function Point Analysis), T-Shirt Sizing & Standard estimation Techniques.
- Should have worked on Agile methodologies – Scrum and Kanban
- Good planning and research skills
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
- Effective communication (verbal and written) and relationship skills with engineering groups
- Continuous Integration (Jenkins)
- Reusability and Custom Framework (Component Library) Creation
