• Framework: JPA, Hibernate, Spring
• Services: Web sockets, web services
• App servers: Web logic, Jetty, Apache Design Pattern: JAVA J2EE
• Scripts: Javascript, Ajax, Json, XML, XSLT, JQuery, JMS
• DB: MSSQL, NoSQL Database
• Tools: Jenkins, Maven, JUnit
• OS: Linux
• Should have worked in real time projects 
• Should have exposure to writing technical documents
• Quality oriented - understands the concept of test driven development, meets organizational expectations for testing & quality.
• Problem solving and debugging skills - Has the tenacity to solve even very hard problems
