HR MIS report (Like Departments / Lines / wise Salary cost, Manpower etc.
Maintaining & updating Employees Personal Records & Files.
Implement all the HR & Admin processes as laid down by MAHLE HR.
Statutory Compliances & Vendor Management
Maintaining and preparing Timely statutory Compliance under the provisions of various labor & factory laws. Preparation of Compliance Calendar & Reports.
Networking & liaisons with government agencies, submission of monthly, quarterly & yearly statutory compliance's for following authorities.
Checking of Contractors bills and ensures all related documents and coordination with accounts for release of payment.
Manpower Planning/ arrangement, Contract Employee deployment, & etc.
Ensure overall security arrangements and its related works & issues.
SPOC for audit from HR and IR perspective
General Administration
Arrangement, Maintenance, controlling, tracking, cost reduction, record keeping, Agreement, Budgeting/ Cost Control/ AMCs (New/Renewal), negotiation, bill verification for following aspects:
Fire Hydrant & Fire Extinguishers Management: To ensure timely refilling, maintenance, licensing & service ability of Fire Extinguishers.
House Keeping & Stationary Material: To ensure timely procurement as per users requirement.
First Aid & Hospital: To make necessary and timely arrangements
Telecommunication: Record keeping recovery & Billing. Welfare facilities: Canteen. Uniform, PPE etc.: make necessary and timely arrangements. Water Management: Consumption Reports, Controlling Tracking Cost & Supplier Bills, all COVID related arrangements

Tracking Attendance, absenteeism (late coming, early going, Gate passes etc.
