JOB DETAIL

Roles and Responsibilities

1 Responsible for supporting day-to-day operations of RPA and Web applications.

2 Analyze and handle post-production issues related to incidents/change requests and track it
in accordance with processes and procedures

3 Resolve Incidents & Service Requests & respond to queries related to RPA Bot & Web apps

4 Create user guide and demo video for all digital solutions as well creative content for the
Digital Group to be used for internal marketing of digital initiatives

5 Ability to coordinate with local and international clients to promote RPA, Data Visualization and
Digital solutions as well as provide information in case of any queries

6 Drives initiatives within the team to improve efficiency of Operations.

IT Skills:

  • Technical understanding of generic system issues to assist with troubleshooting in production.
  • Experience in Troubleshooting digital solution applications (L1 support) & well versed in SDLC activities.
  • Ability to quickly, accurately analyze issues reported for the digital RPA solutions that are in production and help with addressing any configuration/code issues.
  • Basic understanding of IT Platform (network, databases, servers, storage, etc..) for purpose of troubleshooting and analysis of RPA Bots & Web Apps.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills are a must ability to promote digital solutions to Local and Global clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Must be comfortable creating PowerPoint presentations and written content for various Digital Topics when provided with some basic information.
