Key Responsibilities:
- Manage campaign fulfilment and validation for marketing campaigns. Run marketing campaigns, by loading the data, distributing communication, and monitoring the execution of the communication. Develop process improvements within the campaign execution process. Extend support of campaign execution to team members in case of any need
- Proactively analyze data and develop recommendations for changes to the campaign. Ensure all campaign file execution process controls are followed and file outputs are completed in a compliant manner according to guidelines.
- Develop reports and dashboards to report the status of the campaign. Update team on deliverables
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to help shape the marketing engine product. Work with internal and external partners on the execution of campaign files including defining requirements, managing deliverables and auditing campaign files. Provide consultative input to internal process owners and client teams on best practices for file selection, targeting and segmentation within campaign execution.
- Proactively propose, initiate & execute process improvement that creates business impact for campaign data file execution processes.
- Work with cross-functional teams to facilitate the data collection and performance measurement process and escalate issues as necessary and make contributions to research and analyses on priority projects within established guidelines.
Required Skills:
- 7-10 years of support experience, with at least one year working on supporting marketing campaigns
- Hands on experience in trouble shooting, Quality Control, technical documentation creation and maintenance detail oriented and highly organized
- Proficient in the use of analytic tools necessary to build prototypes and requirements documents
- Strong knowledge of reporting and Business Intelligence concepts
- Perform the campaign execution process as per direction provided
- Advanced written and spoken English skills
- Quick learner who loves to pick up new tools for reporting and analysis, and proactively finding new insights to share
- Ability to generate reports through Power BI
- Working knowledge on SQL, Python, ETL, Cloud (Azure)
- Subject matter expertise in campaign execution tools, data warehouses, segmentation reporting, suppression exclusions and file outputs.
- Problem solving mindset
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in business, Statistics Mathematics, Operations Research, Econometrics or MBA or Engineering graduates.
- Minimum 1+ Years of working experience in Campaign Operations domain along with maintaining customer/client/vendor relationships.
- Experience in setting up personalized campaigns which can be targeted via digital channels
- Minimum 1+ years experience using any campaign related tools such as Customer Intelligence Studio and its components such as Marketing Automation, Marketing Optimization, Information Maps, Management Console and Enterprise Guide.
- Worked understanding of Agile methodology and proven organizational and timeline management skills.
- Strong working knowledge in programming for data mining tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, database to write optimized queries. Knowledge of MS Office tools and Excel

- Experience in handling large volumes of data and optimization of queries to pull the same
