• Linux customized OS deployment, coordinating with Level 2 & service provide for deployment issues
• R&D application installation on workstations
• Coordinating with service providers for application issues
• Coordinating with Network Team for network-related issues
• Coordinating with Backup Team for backup-related topics
• Coordinating with Level-2 team on eVDI issues.

R&D License softwares

(HM, ANSA, Medina, CHS, Matlab, Simpack, Permas, Simsolid, Starccm+, n-code, HQM, Alias, VredReliasoft, Minitab, PBS)

1. R&D application, license tool deployment

2. Coordinating with service providers for license tool activation

3. License utilization report generation

4. NX & Smargd client rollout, coordinating with the central team for rollout issues

NX & Smargd

1. Location responsible for EDM rollout which is planned twice a year

2. Package list preparation for bundle creation

3. Application environment preparation (Dynapco)

4. Coordinating with bundle creation and Level 2 support team
