Purpose of the Job
The purpose of this role is to manage the complete life cycle of hiring for India operations.
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for full cycle hiring process
- Has a strong understanding of our business with an in-depth knowledge of each role to enable effective screening and the ability to identify top talent
- Prepare and circulate regular hiring update reports for all departments based on weekly/monthly meetings
- Coordinate with hiring managers of various departments for hiring needs and maintain relationships
- Drive Campus hiring and implement appropriate programs in order to hire top talent
- MIS Reporting: Periodically with Senior Management and other stakeholders
- Develop, implement and execute strategic hiring practices for multiple requirements
Skills required
- 10 - 12 years of experience in hiring
- Has a strong understanding of our business with an in-depth knowledge of each role to enable effective screening and the ability to qualify top talent
- Ability to learn and apply best practices in sourcing and other hiring processes
- Experience as a high performer in an ITeS/IT hiring
- Ability to establish credibility and rapport with key stakeholders
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Out of the box thinker for bringing in various hiring strategies
- Good knowledge in Online assessments tools, hiring tools, hiring through various sources including usage of professional social platforms
- Expertise in hiring in bulk, temporary resources and niche technologies
- Experience in working in an agile environment
- Excellent communication is a must
