Roles and Responsibilities
- Proven experience as a Webmaster or Web Developer
- Strong experience with web editing and authoring tools, especially Umbraco & WordPress
- Experience working with a CMS (WordPress, Umbraco, Drupal, Joomla, Sitefinity, Sitecore, AEM)
- Knowledge of web analytics and SEO
- Familiarity with web standards
- Working knowledge of website management tools
- Strong understanding of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and web best practices
- Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, object-oriented programming, and web application development
- A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to generate creative ideas
- Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Design or a related field is preferred
Desired Candidate Profile
- Umbraco ASP.NET MVC web development with Umbraco version v10.0
- Proficient in HTML/CSS, XML; Knowledge of SQL and JavaScript is preferred
