JOB DETAIL

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the project/program inline to the long-term goals.
  • Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.
  • Prioritize and direct the project on the right path based on the business strategic goals.
  • Ensure the goals are met in the areas of project scope, timeline, budget, and resource management.
  • Analyzing risks and issues management of the different projects.
  • Prepare project/program timeline and high-level reports for the top management.
  • Organize program/project activities in accordance with the project scope and deliverables.
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans for the technology team.
  • Formulating, organizing, and monitoring cross functional and technology projects.
  • Predict and efficiently manage resource utilization for the assigned objectives.
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to the respective stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Measure project performance to identify key areas for improvement.
  • Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
  • Ensuring adherence of program/projects to frameworks and documentation of each project is maintained appropriately.
  • Assess and mitigate project risks/issues where applicable.
  • Assist in creating summary reports in each phase of the project for top management.
  • Collecting, compiling and tracking of budgets for programs/projects in the organization.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
  • Oversee and manage program/project related procurements.
  • Incorporate and improve industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project/process life cycle in the organization
  • End-to-end management of Intellectual Property of the organization and setting up priorities [Patent, Trademarks, Copyrights]
  • Management of ISO process implementation, audit schedules, audit planning & execution and driving the ISO process adoption at an organizational level
  • Policy management: creation, implementation and tracking of required policies
  • Ensuring document storage and sharing is in adherence to company’s procedures and protocols
  • Assist the managers in collection and management of documents
  • Support in setting up, migrating, and managing learning, maintenance and production management portals.
  • Provide training to employees on usage of these portals and associated protocols & procedures.
  • Assist in preparation for audits and in implementation of associated policies
