- Should have experience handling task of at least a small team


- Should have the ability to handle task of an entire Sprint / Release


- Should be able to handle client calls and chats

- Good at identifying Test Scenarios / writing Test Cases


- Good Communication Skills


- Tool experience - JIRA, etc.


- Good in leadership roles like team handling, client handling, etc.
