D365- Technical Lead:

  • 7+ years Microsoft D365 CE / CRM implementation experience
  • Product Knowledge in D365 CRM Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service
  • Design & customize D365 CE forms, ribbons, views, workflows and plug-ins.
  • Experience with D365 CE SDK, APIs, xRM tool, C#, .NET, JavaScript ReactJS PCF control
  • Experience on data migration using SQL Server, SSIS, ADF, Kingsway Soft, Scribe
  • Experience with middleware integrations Azure Servies Bus, Azure functions, Boomi
  • Experience with 3rd party integrations payment, call center, Reltio, InContact
  • Monitor production system, troubleshoot & fix issues
  • Knowledge of Agile Scrum, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, D365 solution deployment
  • Effective and clear written communication skills.
  • Professional certifications in Dynamics 365 CE/Power Platform/Azure
  • Experience with Power Platform, Power Apps, Automate, Portals
  • Proven ability to create innovative solutions to solve complex business requirements, and streamline/automate business processes
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, communication skills
