Role: Oracle Database Admin
Mandatory Skills: . We are looking for Oracle DBA with Goldengate and performance tuning experience.
Total Experience Required : 5-10 years

JD :
- Should have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Provide Level 2 support and Remote Database Administration
- Work in 24/7 Shifts on weekly rotation (Morning, Evening and Night shifts) minimum 1 week night shift
- Perform Oracle Performance tuning and working experience with Golden Gate
- Communication and interface with Comcast existing IT and Business teams, 3rd party vendors, and other support team
- Identify Service Improvement (SI) opportunities and implement improvement plans. Wipros
- Level 2 Team will follow Comcast defined ITSM (IT Service Management) /ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) processes (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Requests, and Service Level Management etc.)
- Resolution of incident tickets that are escalated by lower tiers of support
- Fulfilment of service requests.
- Should be Self-learner to adopt new technologies like DevOps technologies.
- Problem management and root cause analysis (RCA)
- Consultant will leverage Comcasts tools for alert monitoring, Incident, Problem, Change and Release management.
Primary Skills / Must be required : Oracle, Golden Gate, Performance tuning
Secondary Skill- mysql, Mongo (if possible) but not mandatory
