PeopleSoft HCM Functional Lead

Your Role and Responsibilities :Looking for a candidate with atleast 12 years of solid PeopleSoft Functional Expertise in HCM with the following skillsets. The candidate should be able to work as individual contributor directly interact with clients, understand the business needs, derive the requirements, frame the functional specifications, and deliver them with technical and functional excellence. The candidate should be a person who can lead by example, and will be a go-getter. Should be able to manage a team size of two to ten people depending on the Project needs. Should be able to work on estimates, presales and deliver solutions. As a lead, should be self motivated and be able to motivate and lead teams on toughest time critical projects with ease. Should be flexible to work in Semi-US hour  4 PM to 12 AM IST.
