Roles & Responsibilities:
- End-to-end sales enablement & presales support to acct. mgmt. from lead qualification, through pitch, POC, proposal till contract signing
- Managing bidding process - Discovering potential RFXs & drafting & submitting high-quality RFXs responses on a timely manner
- Gathering & understanding the customer requirements through sales/AM teams, if needed directly from the customers
- Scheduling internal meetings with cross-functional departments and briefing them about the customer requirements, deliverables, and timelines
- Liasoning with Transition teams for delivering POCs successfully
- Adherence to SOPs of presales support, ensure zero deviations from the process
- Collating the efforts from stakeholders & estimating the pricing and reviewing with BU heads
- Putting together business cases for the sales/AM teams to support pitches & proposals
- Attending sales calls on a need basis to support the sales team as a business consultant
- Tracking various incoming enquires & managing sales/AMs pipeline reports
Requirements:
- Experience working on & building solutions delivered in the latest Digital Transformation technologies
- The industry expertise in strategic sectors, Software Services, Cloud / SaaS, banking, retail & eCommerce, travel & hospitality, etc
- Outstanding documentation and communication skills
- Experience in developing creative and client-pleasing solutions to complex business problems
- Exceptional ability and experience in the preparation of proposals, responses, and contracts
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Attention to details
