JOB DETAIL

  1. Candidate should have 7 years of total experience in Business Analysis / Business Consulting / Product Management role.
  2. Has previous experience in Logistics/ Supply chain industry
  3. Expertise in agile requirements management processes including but not limited to maintaining product backlogs, backlog grooming, Done Definition, developing and maintaining user stories, product envisioning, test case review, sprint planning ,validation of completed stories and overall sprint team activities
  4. Should be able to document, review and suggest improvements to product requirements or business use case document.
  5. Good understanding of overall Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
  6. Understanding of techniques involved in requirement prioritization (Value Driven/RICE), deriving inputs for UI/UX considerations, managing conflicting requirements, change management challenges and MVP (minimum viable product) approach to deal with large / complex requirements
  7. Has direct client site exposure on fit and gap , road map discussions or implementation.
  8. Should have owned up and participated in more than one product development / implementation activity and / or handling sales presentations/demo/product roadmap discussions.
  9. Updated about the emerging trends and technological advancements in the industry, domain.
  10. Participate as product expert in customer engagements. Knowledge on business process and customer challenges in specific business areas.
  11. Proven ability to act as a consultant to customers to influence their business processes.
  12. Should have very good interpersonal skills and be able to coordinate with multiple teams like project management, testing team, base product, customer IT, customer vendors and customer business.
  13. Have adequate awareness on Overall Sales Delivery Process including Business Finance.
  14. Has good exposure on tools and methods including Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visio, MPP, XML standards, SQL Developer.

  2. Industrial standard certifications, Attended Industrial Forums, paper presentation will be an added advantage
