KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Requirement analysis and elicitation
• Perform gap analysis and suggest solutions
• Map the requirements of the customer to the capabilities of the system
• Prepare and maintain functional requirements, user story docs, process flows and traceability
• Prepare story boards, maintain backlogs, Sprint plan and coordination
• Provide inputs to the product/user manuals
• Liaise between business and technical/QA team
• Validate QA TCs and perform user acceptance testing from a Product standpoint
• Provide functional training and help in preparing training materials
• Help in coordinating Demos
• Knowledge on CPG domain
• Knowledge in using office suite of products like word, excel, PowerPoint.
• Good communication both verbal and written
