Roles and Responsibilities
Five years of relevant work experience in the management and production of digital development projects.
- Strong working knowledge of agile methodology and epic/feature/user story/bug/task writing.
- Certification on scrum master is desirable.
- Excellent time management and troubleshooting & problem-solving skills with an obsessive attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills, with ability to influence, gain trust and negotiate with others to produce desired results.
- Strong technical and business writing skills
- Self-motivated and results oriented
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills with proven ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and competing demands; prioritize tasks; work independently
- Proven ability to deliver under aggressive, and tight deadlines
- Proven ability to work in a team environment
- Strong working knowledge in technology and the creation of websites with Drupal CMS is desirable.
- Knowledge of other CMS, such as Wordpress or OpenText, RedDot is desirable.
- Knowledge of United Nations or other international aid or NGOs highly desirable.
- Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of other UN languages-French, Spanish, Arabic or Chinese is a plus.
