Roles Responsibility

Define the scope of the project
Coordinate company resources and making sure that all projects are delivered on
schedule without compromising the quality
Laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance
Creating a project budget and ensuring the project adheres to the budget
Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests
Able to plan the activity schedules of the team.
Must set measurable goals that should define overall project s objective

Skill Set

Expertise in project management methodologies
Planning,forecasting risk management
Good working knowledge of project estimation techniques
Experience in budgeting,tracking and monitoring
Ability to negotiate, motivate resolve conflicts
Experience in software development
Excellent technical knowledge
Experience in project management tools,version control system, CI/CD pipeline etc
Communication and interpersonal skills
