Required Skills:
10 + years of experience in HIS and EMR implementation & Project Management .
Subject matter knowledge in HIS/EMR software, clinical operations and workflow.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Able to perform and manage full cycle on-site implementation of HIS/ EMR including integrations.
Assist customers in initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure throughout the multi-phase implementation.
Coordinate all aspects of system implementation, working closely with the health centre project & IT team.
Provide HIS/ EMR implementation guidance and support for other contracted clients.
Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work independently, be resourceful and set priorities appropriately.
Strong data collection abilities
Strong ability to identify potential issues and participate in their resolution
Excellent problem solving and investigative skills
Excellent organization and time management skills
