Designation: Project Manager

Experience: minimum 5+ years of experience in IT Project management

Salary: Upto 25L CTC( Decent hike from Last Drawn CTC)

Notice Period: Immediate (15 Days max)

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for the definition and maintenance of the standards of project management and process.

Support the successful delivery of projects undertaken through effective facilitation, tracking and reporting.

Assist with advising managers and teams on the best use of project management disciplines and approaches and act as the first point of contact for any program management queries

Responsible for the establishment and management of a project methodology incorporating structures, standards, processes, documentation and reporting

Track and report on project portfolio performance, providing a real-time, comprehensive, and prioritized view of all projects

Experience working in Greenfield IT projects, Development, Maintenance & Support projects. IT Service Delivery & Implementation would be added advantage

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Monitor and Track changes to project scope via Change control process

Ensure resource availability and allocation

Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

Report and escalate to management as needed

Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders, third parties / Vendors Perform risk management to minimize project risks

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills. Experienced user of MS Project and MS Office toolset (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project

Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels

Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals

Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis

Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members

 

Requirements:

Proven working experience in project management.

Should have worked on Agile / Scrum projects managing one or more Scrum teams leading the delivery. Having a Scrum Master certification is an added advantage.

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

Project Management Professional (PMP) / Agile Scrum Master / PRINCE II certification is a plus

Five or more years project management experience in I.T.

Good communications skills, with customers, team and stakeholders

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

 

Knowledge of Tools

1. Exposure to Microsoft Technologies

2. Exposure to Microsoft Azure

3. Knowledge of any modelling tool like draw.io, MS Visio, etc.

4. Halo ITSM or similar ITIL based service management tools

5. Workforce and resource management tools 6. Azure ADO or the like.
