Recruitment Manager JD Offshore: • Proven hands-on work experience of 11+ yrs in various IT recruitment roles.
• 3+ yrs of work experience as a manager managing and leading a global recruitment team.
• Should have excellent communication skills.
• Ability to display leadership, deep profile sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills.
• Should be self-motivated as well as a team player.
Ability to mentor the team to transform to an industry leading and high performing recruitment team.
• Ability to understand the AS-IS process and drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
• Ability to understand the technical business requirement from recruitment aspect and translate to JDs.
Collaborate with business and ensure the demand is fulfilled as per their expectation and within SLA.
• In-depth knowledge of hiring practices and existing laws with respect to the Global (Specially USA, India, Canada, Saudi and Pakistan) market.
• Must be comfortable working in shifts or flexible to extend as needed.
• Assign workload, Supervise the recruiting team and report on their performance.
• Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g.
time-to-hire and cost-per-hire) and drive continuous improvement.
• Experience in sourcing and recruiting senior full time employees and knowledgeable about different countries’ work visas.
• Familiarity with Global (Specially USA, India, Canada, Saudi and Pakistan) market tax terms.
• The ability to think analytically so as to consider all applicants and recommend the right fit for the organization.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
