Roles and Responsibilities
 
Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Induction, Employee Engagement and other
HR initiatives
	- Planning and budgeting manpower requirement across roles and departments
- in coordination with respective function heads.
- Orientation and Induction of new employees
- End to end employee life cycle management
- One point of contact for all HFC employees and Function heads for any HR
related matters.
	- Ad-hoc data analysis and MIS
- Work closely with business heads & line managers to implement HR policies &
procedures
	- Grievance handling, employee engagement, retention strategy, training facilitation & work force planning
- Closely work with Business to create the right projections on hiring numbers at each level
- Drive the Career paths & plan initiatives for talent management & Organizational development
- Responsible for smooth driving of assessments of Mass & Non-
- Mass employees through performance management
- Run various employee engagement activities including fun-based, R & R , point based rewards programs & Company Value based connect programs.
