Role Summary
The purpose of this role is to provide support to the Head of Reward Reward Managers in the delivery of the global Reward agenda, spanning all cyclical Reward activities and ad-hoc project initiatives
The Reward Analyst is responsible for the administration analysis of Global reward programmes, the provision of first-line reward advice to colleagues and supporting the continuous improvement of Reward processes
Reporting to the Head of Reward, this role represents a varied position covering BAU Reward activities (e.g. Salary Review / Bonus) and other project work that has a global impact (Equiniti has colleagues located in the UK, USA, India, Poland, The Netherlands and South Africa).
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Reward Manager and Head of Reward in delivering Salary Review and bonus processes, including calculation, the production and validation of supporting data and the provision of modelling and analysis to aid decision making
Support the Reward Manager in the delivery of annual benefit policy renewals and Flexible benefits colleague enrolment and administration processes.
Preparation of data for participation in salary surveys and recommendation of new surveys to ensure adequate representation for all of the organisations jobs worldwide
Provision of analysis and advice on job evaluation and compensation benchmarking
Accurate administration billing of Group Life, PMI and GIP benefits, liaising with stakeholders including our financial advisers.
Administration of EQ s global recognition programmes provision of timely and insightful analysis
Preparation of the annual Gender pay report and communication plan.
Delivery of knowledge on market and competitor remuneration and providing advice to the business accordingly
Assist in the planning and implementation of Reward programmes and projects
Maximise the application of compensation tools to support business initiatives/compensation strategies
First point of contact for compensation and benefit related queries and calculations Administration and periodic reporting related to EQ s all colleague LTIP.
Assist the wider Global Reward team with projects, reporting and analysis
Assist with merger integration analysis and due diligence
The successful candidate will be able demonstrate the following:
Proven analytical experience; interpreting data and using information to inform business options and outcomes
Proven experience delivering HR process improvement and accurate administration of complex global reward plans.
Sound knowledge of incentive structures, benefits, grading, pay structures, pensions, pay and related legislation.
Experience with benchmarking (e.g. Global Grading / Hay methodology)
Confident communicator, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Demonstrable project management skills
Highly proficient in the use of Excel.
Good knowledge of HR systems, and highly skilled in producing and analysing reports.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills with the ability to present, analyse and propose recommendations clearly.
