Roles and Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility of order processing and order fulfilment.
- Map compliance to company terms for all received customer orders for Chennai branch and seek clarity from RSM/ sales person on deviation.
- Preparing and sending quotations to the customers.
- Coordinate with HO for day-to-day order processing.
- Communicate tentative lead time of orders received to customer/sales person.
- Communicate reason for order on hold to respective sales person and follow up action taken by them.
- To prepare and maintain order report
- Confirm goods and invoice receipt at customer end.
- Regular payment follow up from customer as needed
- Receive and record all payments from customers.
- To seek customer feedback on regular intervals.
- To prepare monthly sales report and forward to HO
- To record and forward customer complaints to HO.
- Maintain Customer Accounts timely and accurately with the most current information
- Participate in other as-needed customer service and sales support activities
- Knowledge of relational database architecture and design
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate or equivalent with 5+ years of experience in sales & Service coordination, in IT hardware products or packaging industry or AIDC (Automatic Identification and Data Capturing) industry. Primary responsibility will be Order processing and coordination for fulfilment with departments for barcode, RFID & labelling and Packaging solutions to major corporate accounts.
Prior experience in Sales & Service coordination, ERP handling for order processing in AIDC industry is desirable. A techno-commercial person with excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and analytical skills required.
- Hands on experience in ERP handling for Order fulfilment.
- Excellent understanding of End to End AIDC solutions.
- Possess a high degree of self-confidence and a positive mental attitude.
- Strong communication skills.
