Thirdware (Acquired by Tech Mahindra) is looking for SAP CRM Functional Consultant for an Automotive project in Chennai. Currently the work is on remote, in future it will be moved to Hybrid working model.

Role: SAP CRM Functional Consultant
Job Type: Permanent
Location: Chennai (Elcot, Sholinganallur)

Skills Required:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP CRM functional process
• At least 2 full lifecycle implementation of SAP CRM SAP CRM Certification is a plus
• Generic Skills Team player Strong communication skills
• Provide subject matter expertise on SAPs best practices for implementing SAP CRM business processes.
• Should have functional proficiency in SAP CRM master data, CRM marketing CRM service and Interfaces with third party applications
• Should have good experience / strong domain knowledge CRM area
• Strong understanding of business processes behind customer program
