Good Knowledge on OSD and Driver Management

SCCM boundary Management

SQL Reporting / Customization

Maintain standard images

Migration knowledge from Windows 7 to Windows 10 / Windows 10 Feature Updates

Good documentation skills to document processes to be published as service

manuals

ITIL Process Management including Incident / Problem / Change Management

Basic AD / Networking Knowledge to understand the SCCM Environment

Good Communication Skills

Nice to have :

Scripting knowledge

SCCM Certifications

Office 365 Idea

Knowledge on Products co-existence with SCCM.
