Roles Responsibilities:

• Familiar with Agile Scrum methodologies, metrics and experience in managing multiple scrum teams and multiple projects.

• Own project delivery, deliverables with focus on First time right quality SW development.

• Work closely with cross sub-systems cross ART teams, playing a leadership role for the overall project/ program to success

• Works with engineering managers for resource commitments holds team accountable for quality timely deliverables

• Supports team in project planning by defining and estimating work breakdowns including defining of tasks

• Experience in Strong people management skills with proven experience in implementing software engineering best practice.

• Guiding and coaching the project team in technology as and when applicable.

• Good People management, Estimation, Negotiation, and interpersonal skills
