Reporting to Global IT director- medical and is to lead medical digital channel activation and operate medical omni-channel products such as Pitcher and SpotMe across Reckitt ASEAN and LATAM
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- Support/lead medical digital channel activation, i.e. social messaging, personalized HCP microsite, remote detailing, rep-led email, branded HCP portal, webinar and communication tool between HCPs and patients as part of Reckitt medical digital eco-system
- Train super users for medical omni-channel products- Pitcher, SpotMe and Experience Cloud
- Drive the development of omni-channel KPIs as well as have a full grasp of actionable KPIs on Pitcher and SpotMe
- Coordinate medical content development for digital channel and share best practice with across Reckitt
- Be partner with medical channel to develop omni-channel strategy and drive user adoption of omni-channel products- Pitcher and SpotMe
- Operate medical omni-channel product- Pitcher and manage Pitcher enhancements that require coordination across functions and take charge of setting up processes between global, regional and country teams.
- Coordinate with business and other product teams to drive connected dot under medical ecosystem
- Support medical omni-channel product rollout to all Reckitt countries
- Be the centre of knowledge for medical omni-channel products and responsible for medical omni-channel projects and regular reporting

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Essential
- Bachelor s Degree in IT or marketing with more than seven-year experience in digital channel activation products, medical content management system or related fields such as Veeva CRM, Pitcher, SpotMe and Experience Cloud
- Self-driven with a passion for customer relationship management and omni-channel engagement
- Exceptional analytical skills and comfortable with a lot of data and drawing insights to make informed decisions.
- Good organization with strong project management skills to work with multiple teams across different countries.
- Strong team player who is collaborative and also able to carry out tasks independently while delivering timely results.
- Meticulously study performance and user behaviour and fine-tune strategies to increase engagement.
- Ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels and teams.
- Technical knowledge with Field Force CRM and Content Management
Preferred
- Experience with Sales Force Effective in business side is preferred
- Experience with pharmaceutical or consumer health company is preferred
