What you will be doing

In this position you will work closely with our external strategic partners to support and drive quality and efficiency for our Citrix services that GSSC provides to the business you will also work closely with our internal customers that are utilizing the service.

Citrix services provided XenApp remote applications XenApp Hosted Shared Desktop Examples of other services provided Data Center Services Server hosting(Windows/Linux/Unix) Public cloud hosting services (Azure, AWS) Storage/Backup services SSL Certificate management Drive our sourcing partners and secure adequate setup, design and well working operation.

Keeping monitoring systems updated Driving or being member of projects and groups within the Citrix service Support in reporting and analysis of Service metrics Contribute in improving selected ITIL process for the services Securing establishment and continually improvements of processes for well-defined Service requests and operations Contribute to the Hosting Services roadmap Securing that the Service Catalogue and CMDB for Citrix services are up to date

What we are looking for someone with the following experience

• Expert knowledge in Citrix Services and Delivery Processes and integration of those in an international enterprise.
• Minimum of 6 years professional background in Citrix platforms with great technical skills,
• Certifications desired Long experience in working with global Infrastructure/Citrix outsourcing partners ITIL certifications is strong plus Solid understanding of standard client/server, networking, and internet fundamentals High level of verbal and written communication and presentation skills

Language Skills

• Ability to effectively communicate in English language verbally and in writing.
