Roles and Responsibilities
- Should have worked in areas of business planning, financial reporting, management accounting, process audits, investor relations, fund raising costing, product pricing, valuations and business modelling.
- Monitoring statutory and other contractual compliance of the companies.
- Review of financial statements, audit reports and internal audit reports and highlighting exceptions
- Generating exception reports and helping companies implement strong compliance systems.
- Assistance to companies in their fund-raising activities. Involved in valuations process.
- Providing support to the finance & leadership teams of the companies, as appropriate.
Desired Candidate Profile
-CA Inter with 1-3 yrs exp
-Exposure to working in ERP Microsoft Dynamic
-Good working knowledge of Excel
-Good Comunication Skill
