5+ years of experience working as a back-end software developer Strong Java Development skills in J2SE/J2EE applications Knowledge of the principles to construct fault-tolerance, reliable and durable software systems Knowledge to evaluate trade-offs between correctness, robustness, performance, space and time

Experience working in Agile methodology and working with a SCRUM team Good understanding of all SDLC phases Ability to operate effectively and independently in a dynamic, fluid environment
