- Define product strategy for key product areas
- Define roadmap for key product themes
- Partner with engineering,design to deliver engaging experiences to Chronus customers.
- Author and drive clear specifications and work with engineering to deliver.
- Engage with customers and our customer success team to form the Voice of the customer
- Contribute to the Go-to-market strategy for major initiatives
- Translate market needs into product specifications and work with UX designers to deliver an engaging experience
What you bring to the role
- 7+ years of product management experience for a product company, ideally B2B SaaS
- Track record of execution and deploying the highest quality product on time with high adoption metrics
- Ability to work with leadership with clear and concise communication
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of management and staff in a geographically dispersed environment.
- Ability to effectively prioritize, manage projects, and multi-task in a fast-paced, cross-functional organization (start-up experience in a fast-growing evangelical market is a plus)
- Eager and driven to grow with Chronus and remain flexible to absorb additional responsibilities.
- Strong leadership, listening, and cross-functional management skills
- Good judgment in ambiguous environments, professionalism, and a high degree of integrity
- Data-Driven with a strong analytical mindset
- A strong balance between forming an evangelical vision and getting into the weeds to deliver results
