JOB DETAIL
Having experience in ServiceNow modules - IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Business Management (ITBM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), Security Operations (SecOps), Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Customer Service Management (CSM), Telecommunications Service Management (TSM), CMDB and DevOps
Independently manage projects adhering to Project Management lifecycle
Facilitate project meetings to include project stakeholders and validate project scope and schedule
Leading multiple projects of various sizes and levels of complexity
Collaborating with clients to define and document IT project scope, priority, budgets, and schedules and overseeing the implementation of projects.
Providing timely communication on project status, issues, risks, and achievements; representing projects during internal and customer-facing reviews.
Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation using Microsoft Project, MS Teams, ServiceNow, and other standard technical management tools.
Leading a matrixed team from 3 20 people
Communicating with all levels of management, technical team members, and user community
Keeping up-to-date on industry trends and innovations and identifying opportunities to improve existing processes
Monitor, interpret, and communicate project budget
Ensure time, expenses and invoices are accurately tracked and approved against the project
Ensure scope defined in Statement of Work is delivered
Document, track and communicate project issues and assist in issue resolution
Manage equipment, software, licensing, third-party services procurement, and delivery schedules
Facilitate project closure process
Collaborate and assist Project Managers, and Program Managers on larger scoped projects
Facilitation of successful project
Establishes trust by building relationships with the project team
Identifies difficult situations and escalates to proper team members
Regularly provide all project facets to the appropriate project team members
Facilitates Project Management lifecycle to provide project consistency
Adapts communication style and medium to meet needs and preferences of the audience
Works with the internal project team to prepare and deliver difficult information
Effectively builds consensus within the project team
Demonstrates active listening skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Minimum of five years Project Management experience, including managing scope, risk, and schedule in an IT environment
Experience with project management tools, such as MS Project, Jira, or Basecamp
Excellent leadership and negotiation skills to manage project
Ability to manage large or multiple projects with changing priorities
Ability to develop and deliver presentations to various audiences
