We have an urgent requirement for our company for Senior Quality Analyst. Please find the Job Description below.

Roles & Responsibilities:

A senior quality analyst should focus on designing/creating plans and ensure whether the quality requirements adhere to the organizations policies.
Implementing aspects of senior quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
Performing Functional, Integration, Regression, and Performance Testing in Web & Mobile Applications.
Ensure that user expectations are met during the testing process and troubleshoot testing failures
Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved.
Spot areas for improvement to enhance the product/application efficiency
Working closely with the development team to ensure product quality in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Taking responsibility and ownership for the quality of delivery.
Should be able to work independently, prioritize & schedule work assignments based on deadlines.

• Should blend into the existing team and be ready to lead the QA team at times.
• Implementing testing procedures and overseeing the QA process.
• Should be training a team/group of QA resources with the QA processes & techniques, automation testing adheres to the organizations policies
• Join the team in building an automation testing process in the organization
• Generating & Reviewing Quality Assurance reports and delivering it to the clients as required
• Handling client & Onsite team calls and making sure the deliverable plans are met within the timeline

Preferred Skills:
3-8 years of experience in software testing, mobile testing, and test automation
Exposure to product development life cycle.
Good understanding & experience of high performance web scale & real-time response systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong knowledge of any automation tools is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in E-commerce application testing will be an added weightage.
Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, and HTML preferred
