JOB DETAIL

 

? Technical Project Manager with 70% technologyand 30% managerial work for the Insurance clients of Kumaran.

? Good technical experience in development &delivery of projects - Web, Cloud & AI Technologies

? Provide solutions to client business problemsproactively on continuous basis. Run parallel programs/projects to meet thisobjective.

? Ensure client satisfaction is always high inall the deliveries made to clients not only in project deliverables, but alsoevery interaction with the clients.

? Ensure the Service Level Agreements defined aspart of the Master Services Agreement are met all the time.

? Update leadership on key risks in theengagement.

? Ensure the business outcomes (revenue andprofits) are achieved as planned as part of the business plan meeting with themanagement teams.

? Build and manage motivated teams for ongoingand future projects in different technologies of client and organizationinterests.

? Ownership for all round people developmentthrough career planning, performance management and employee engagement

? Drive knowledge management and continuous upskilling of the team

? Conduct appraisals for team members in a timelymanner

? Monthly reporting to multiple clients andKumaran management teams.

? Identify & Optimize key cost drivers.

? Effective forward planning in terms of processdelivery, people & client engagement

? Highly proficient with MS Office, Jira andConfluence (or equivalent tools)
Requirements

? 14+ Years of progressive experience in the ITindustry with experience in delivering projects technically in Insurance Sectorfor North American/European/Australian clients.

? Strong understanding of Insurance sector andmodern technologies.

? Worked in any of the above-mentioned countriesfor minimum 3-5 years of experience

? Strong leadership skills with ability to work in a high pressured andtime sensitive environment.

? Experience in Agile Scrum/Kanban deliverymodel

? Experience in handling enterprise clients withgood customer satisfaction scores.

? Handled a larger delivery teams in one/multilocations.

? Provide leadership and directions to deliveryteams. Handle operational issues related to the delivery center.

? Manage Delivery Teams - Recruit, hire, train, andsupervise delivery team members

? Evaluate performance of resources and determine training needs.

? Develop scope and budget for delivery projects

? Support sales and marketing activities in SBU

? Strong negotiation and presentation skills

? Drive and coordinate crisis management
