Responsibilities
- The primary objective of UX Design specialization within Engineering(PD) Job Family is to design solutions that are informed by user & business needs, aspiring to creating the best experience/product.
- By conducting research, user behaviors, needs and preferences are investigated to drive solutions that are aligned with user goals.
- As well as user needs, the UX design teams assess business needs, technology & design trends to help inform the best product design solution.
- The process followed is cyclical, design-test-iterate, to ensure the designed solutions are always meeting needs & achieving a high standard of design & innovation. UX design teams collaborate with other product development design/engineering teams across the business to deliver solutions to market, and also closely collaborate with product management teams to ensure the business strategic goals & user goals are met.
- Performs work in a specialized area of expertise that requires knowledge of fundamental themes, principles and concepts. Typically requires a university degree or equivalent work experience.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor s degree.
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience.
- Applies functional knowledge and existing methodologies to solve complex problems or execute specialized projects.
- Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Determines methods and procedures on new assignments.
