Roles and Responsibilities

1- Perform AMC of Machines as per schedule

2- Getting AMC orders from customer.

3- Generating Spares & AMC revenue.

4- Collecting competitor information and sharing on regular basis

5- Ensuring 100% equipment's supplied to customers are covered under AMC

6- Keeping record of maintenance tasks performed on machines and equipment's.

7- Communicating with clients and customers to ascertain what technical servicing is required.

8- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, delivering high standards of customer service.

9- Language proficiency - Regional Language and English
