JOB DETAIL

Key responsibilities

      • Conduct pre-order pre-installation visits to evaluate site conditions for the proper design, erection and commissioning of the proposed or ordered projects
      •  
      • Provide technical support to the sales team for recommending the right treatment scheme equipment configurations based on site conditions, water\effluent characteristics and customer requirements.
      •  
      • Assess and submit to customers the list of items to be purchased under the Customer Scope of the project
      •  
      • Carry out the erection, commissioning and process stabilization of the projects
      •  
      • Give on-site training to customers on the proper operation and maintenance activities to be undertaken at the users end
      •  
      • Complete mandatory service visits and attend to the service requests from customers on a timely basis
      •  
      • Monitor and ensure timely renewal of Maintenance Contracts (OMs AMCs ACMCs)
      •  
      • Train and manage the on-site personnel tasked with OM activities of the completed projects
      •  
      • Responsible for Service related revenue generation (Maintenance Contracts and Spares)
      •  
      • Maintain and update service information (Complaints, Failures, fixes applied, spare parts replaced etc) in the company s CRM- enterprise database

      Desired Profile Education :

      Diploma-ITI Holders

      Experience :

      2-5 years in design, erection, commissioning, maintenance and servicing of Water Treatment and Sewage Treatment Plants in Apartments, Commercial Buildings and Institutions.
      Must have a two wheeler with a valid driving licence

      Others :

      A strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving capability.
      Good interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
      Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
      Should understand and follow QMS documentation procedures
      Physical fitness to work in challenging site conditions
      Willingness to work in flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
      Should be prepared to travel out of station at short notice for project execution
      Promote and practice proper safety procedures and correct use of company tools.
      High level of personal integrity and ethics
      Must pass pre-employment tests (including background checks)
