JOB DETAIL

  • Analyze and document customer business requirements to ensure a thorough understanding of business needs with a best practice perspective and bridge the gap between business requirements and technical requirements
  • Conduct tests and work with developers, process owners and ESQA to ensure thorough testing is performed
  • Perform first level support and troubleshooting for installed solutions
  • Support business needs by learning and using relevant technologies
  • Analyze data and produce reports and metrics
  • Build and maintain a working knowledge of Guardian s business and applications

Qualifications

  • Thorough knowledge of ServiceNow platform components including user interfaces and navigation, reporting, database administration, self-service and process automation
  • Exceptional communications (written and verbal) and analytical skills
  • ITIL V3/V4 Certification
  • 1-3 years ServiceNow Administrator experience
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator desired
