Analyze and document customer business requirements to ensure a thorough understanding of business needs with a best practice perspective and bridge the gap between business requirements and technical requirements
Conduct tests and work with developers, process owners and ESQA to ensure thorough testing is performed
Perform first level support and troubleshooting for installed solutions
Support business needs by learning and using relevant technologies
Analyze data and produce reports and metrics
Build and maintain a working knowledge of Guardian s business and applications
Qualifications
Thorough knowledge of ServiceNow platform components including user interfaces and navigation, reporting, database administration, self-service and process automation
Exceptional communications (written and verbal) and analytical skills
