Roles and Responsibilities
3+ years experience working in Service Now preferably
• 3 years’ experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML
- Familiar with SAML authentication and integration with ServiceNow
- Familiar with Service Oriented architecture and web services integration (SOAP, WSDL, REST, API’s)
- Experience creating ServiceNow update sets, promoting and testing through multiple instances and into production
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and evolving customer requirements.
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
- Experiencing in implementing and maintain Discovery and CMDB
- Familiar with UI/UX concepts. Desired Candidate Profile
